Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services should rescind a new rule limiting enrollment in the State Children’s Health Insurance Program and instead help states bring coverage to the nations’ uninsured children, APHA Executive Director Georges Benjamin, MD, FACP, FACEP (E), said in January.
